Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or a US holiday begin processing the next business day. Delivery estimates start when the order ships, not when it is placed.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to show its first scan.
Multiple shipments
If your order contains items from different fulfillment centers, it may arrive in more than one package at different times. You are not charged extra for this.
Delays
Carrier delays, weather, and peak seasons can push delivery past the estimate. If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of shipping, email james.c@onyx-business-group.com with your order number and we will trace it.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; reshipping costs may apply.
Lost or stolen packages
If tracking shows delivered but you do not have the package, check with your household and neighbors and look for a carrier notice. If it still has not turned up after 48 hours, contact us and we will help you open a claim with the carrier.
